Cara Dee's far from Boring Adventure.
Many of you tuned in to facebook for the 3rd and final installment of "The Hansen's Have a Baby" yet most of you have not seen the fruits of our labor....er, Cara's Labor, so here I am. Cara, much to my surprise, didn't want to blog right now and put me in charge.
The delivery was the fastest of all our children......about5 good pushes 4 contractions worth of pushing and she was out. Prior to the pushing Cara jumped from a 4 to a 9.5 in 1 hour (for those that know what that means) leaving a few of us very little time to get back from lunch and shopping. Matilda Pearl Hansen was born at 3:35 tuesday afternoon, weighed 8lbs 7oz, and was 21 inches long. She is perfectly healthy and has most of her parts (there seems to be a few less than the boys had). Well, here she is.........

Brandon, the Car Model
Lookie what Brandon found on a website and sent me today...
Ha ha! This is almost exactly 6 years ago. That is his Bug, his pride and joy. He fully restored the whole thing, much to my chagrin, because I am a shrew. It's a '63 Ragtop Beetle. Yay. May it live forever in internet glory. Here's the website it was on and you can see the shell it started as. Scroll down to the 2nd and 3rd pictures.
