If you don't know, we bought this house from a single lady who worked the night shift and seemed to love cats, dogs, indians, dolphins, and vhs tapes. Needless to say, this lifestyle will result in alot of pet hair, pet dander, and bad decorating which obviously had to change.
here are some of the before and after (or current) photos of the house. There is still a ton to do, but like cara said "It doesnt all have to be done in the first year".
Here is a shot of the living room on the day of the home inspection
And here is a current shot of the living room.
Here is a shot from the living room into the dining room on inspection day
Here are a couple of the dining room as it sits today (it is my favorite room)
Here are a couple of the bathroom, I am hoping Cara can add in the one shot we have of the bathroom before I had touched it.....It was bad.

You've done a fabulous job on redecorating! Wow! What a difference
She's such a great decorator. I love every room and all the colors. Good painting, Brandon. Good decorating, Cara. Too bad you got rid of Indians, though. I loves me some Indians!
Wow, the dining room is def. awesome!
I love the color and trim contrast on the bottom!
WOOT!
I'm mighty impressed with your mad DIY skills.
The pictures do not do it justice Brandon. The difference is amazing - it does not look like the same house when you're in it, not even close. You've done an awesome job!
In case I haven't been clear enough about it, I love your house. You guys have done a great job. Now just invite me and Kelly over some Saturday "to play Wii" and I'll make him help you finish the bathroom upstairs.
That is awesome! You guys have done such a great job! I love your Dining Room! Man, I need you guys to come and teach me a few things so I can do some stuff to my house!
